content, data, metadata, or material from ZoomerMedia websites, digital properties, or affiliated brands — including but not limited to blogTO, Daily Hive,
Curiocity, Zoomer.com, and others within the Zoomer Digital Network (ZDN) — for the purposes of:
– Training, fine-tuning, or improving AI or machine learning systems;
– Data scraping or text and data mining;
– Building derivative datasets, embeddings, or outputs; or
– Generating content or services competitive with ZoomerMedia.

Such use is strictly prohibited without ZoomerMedia’s express written consent. Unauthorized use constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service and may result in legal action.

(c) AI Interaction and Disclosure
If users interact with AI-powered features within our Services, we will clearly disclose when such interactions involve AI. Any personal information processed in
